I wanted thank you @jkolko since recently I’ve been explaining the synthesis process to Japanese clients, and, had I not had “Exposing the Magic of Design” I wouldn’t have been able to do it as well as I have.

Its size is small enough that I can recommend it to clients who can’t speak English but can read a few pages to understand core concepts. The rest I can help walk them through how synthesis applies to their organization in Japanese.

Believe me, explaining modes of thinking and abstract concepts like how insights are made are triply hard to explain in Japanese. So thanks.
