Vaccine passports in Japan can be applied for starting today if you:
1) have gotten both shots in Japan
2) are planning a trip (i.e. planning to return to Japan)

Here's the countries that honor the passport according to MOFA's site:
- Italy
- Austria
- Turkey
- Bulgaria
- Holland
- Korea
- Estonia
...but when you return to Japan you may still be subject to quarantine 🤦
